Does anybody know about Rotussin blood infusions?

Not sure if I spelled that right but I’m curious? Somebody I know has recently started getting the infusions. In fact they’ve done it twice. It’s been about a month month and a half since the first one but they randomly started hearing voices in their head. And these voices are telling them to do things that are unthinkable things that they would never do normally. Have you ever heard of this happening and do you know anything about this? If so please comment and let me know. Thank you!
