Uncle Donkey wants your opinion

I want to be very detailed about my story and exactly what I have gone through. That includes my divorce… That being said I would have to mention some things about my ex-wife that she did, didn’t do, and how she is doing now ( because she is doing much better and making better choices). Would that be wrong of me to talk about my ex and what happened in the past. Is it legal for me to do so or is that infringing on her privacy?
